Universal Terms of Service Agreement

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dog Tag Furniture Inc, a Minnesota Non-Profit(501(c)3 FEIN # 81-0725280 Dog Tag Furniture Inc. and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website ("Site") or the date of electronic acceptance.  This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the Productd, and is in addition to (not in lieu of) any specific terms and conditions that apply to the particular Services.

Whether you are simply browsing or using this Site or purchase Products and/or services, your use of this Site and your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with the following policies and the applicable product agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference:

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on our products as stated below 

If product is defective - email Troy at troy@dogtagfurniture.com with pictures. We will send out another product within lead time promised

Returns - Returns for any reason must be communicated by emailing troy@dogtagfurniture.com with a detailed description and pictures upon request

Buyer agrees to pay for shipping the item back and once received a full refund will be issued

All return on donations will be returned within 30 days minus 20% processing fee

via payment of donor.

 Return on custom orders - Custom order returns are 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return on Custom work will be subject up to 50% of original charge to cover materials purchased.

Shipping Policy

We will ship all items within the lead time of 1 to 8 weeks via FedEx ground. Once the item is shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent via email to the email provided by the payee.

All return shipping will also provided via email through FedEx ground.
